Objectives
- Contribute to the transfer and settlement of technology
- Integrate the objectives of the National Plan for Science, Technology and Innovation into KAU’s research excellence and development plan
- Promote the partnership with public and private sector institutions.
- Ensure the quality of university research outputs.
- Strengthen the research infrastructure in all university’s sectors.
- Support university professors, researchers and graduate students to contribute to distinguished research projects
- Provide the needed services with the highest efficiency in accordance with the rules governing programs and projects granted from external institutions
- Provide technical support for optimal investment of research outputs and activate scientific research outcomes within the vital industrial sectors
